Matt Lowe, CPA

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Matt Lowe, CPA, is a fund administration industry leader. In 2016, Matt launched, and for the following 7 years was the leader and key catalyst of growth for, the U.S. operations of a global fund administration firm. Matt’s career spans over 20 years of serving the financial services industry, having played key senior accounting and finance roles at  J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Since launching his career at Deloitte, Matt has become known for his exceptional, meticulous and process-oriented service to fund managers with illiquid assets.

Greg Shneynberg

Managing Director

Greg Shneynberg, a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in fund administration roles, is a Managing Director for Ventura. Greg's background includes a deep understanding of private equity, real estate and infrastructure funds, particularly in accounting, financial reporting, investor services and relations. Prior to Ventura Fund Services, Greg served as Senior Manager of Accounting and Acting COO for a respected fund administration firm. Greg earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College with a focus in Accounting.

Priya Patel

Manager

Priya Patel is a Manager for Ventura Fund Services with over 10 years of experience in fund administration. Prior to joining Ventura, Priya worked as a supervisor providing full accounting and financial reporting services to private equity and SBIC funds. Priya earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Stockton University.

Alan Tsarovsky, Esq.

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Alan Tsarovsky, Esq. is a skilled tax attorney with 15 years of regulatory and compliance experience. Throughout Alan’s career, he has provided extraordinary advisory services to Private Equity backed portfolio companies and fund managers on a wide range of corporate tax matters. Alan is deeply passionate about client service, dedicating his expertise to guiding Ventura Fund Services towards unparalleled excellence and integrity. Alan graduated with a  Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA.

Manoj Kamdar

Director

Manoj Kamdar is a Director for Ventura FS and has been an experienced professional in Private equity and Real Estate fund administration for over 20 years. Prior to Ventura, Manoj established and oversaw the finance and IT teams for a European Real estate and Private Equity fund. Manoj also served senior level roles at an internationally recognized Fund Administration firm. His focus is operational efficiency in accounting, financial reporting and investor relations. Manoj earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Baruch College.

Laila Etzion, CPA

Strategic Advisor

Laila Etzion, CPA, is a Strategic Advisor to Ventura Fund Services. Previously, Laila was a Senior Manager at a global fund administration firm, providing world class fund administration services and advising clients on technical issues, as the key relationship manager for Private Equity and Real Estate fund clients. Laila started her career at PwC as an auditor, where she served real estate funds and publicly traded REITS. She graduated with a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Caroline Cruz

Senior Accountant

Caroline Cruz joined Ventura Fund Services in April 2024 as a Senior Fund Accountant. Caroline began her career in early 2021 as an accountant with a global fund administration firm. Most prior to joining Ventura, Caroline was an accountant at TZP Group, LLC, a mid-size private equity firm, working on all aspects of financial reporting, tax and treasury function for both the management company and the funds. Caroline graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business.
